One person killed in 2-vehicle crash on I-75 S in Miami County

At least one person was killed Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash that also involved a construction vehicle on Interstate 75 South in Miami County.

The crash was reported at 3:12 p.m. on I-75 at the 78 mile marker, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Piqua Post.

A car struck a water tanker in a construction zone, a dispatcher said.

Southbound traffic was backed up past the Shelby County border.
